The Islamic College of Brisbane is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher - Arabic Language to join our teaching team. You will have a proven ability to create engaging, inclusive learning environments and foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging and interactive Arabic language lessons for primary school students
Prepare lesson plans and learning materials that align with the Australian Curriculum
Assess and provide feedback on student progress, and maintain accurate student records
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
Relevant teaching qualifications and registration to teach in Queensland
Demonstrated experience teaching Arabic language in a primary school setting
Strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and experience with differentiated teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents and colleagues
Commitment to promoting Islamic values and supporting the mission and ethos of the College

About the College
The Islamic College of Brisbane (ICB) is a Prep to Year 12 co-educational, independent growing school, located on the southern outskirts of Brisbane in the suburb of Karawatha located in the South East Queensland region. We are a community-cantered college adhering to Australian values and virtues which are underpinned by the inclusive Islamic ethos of equality, respect and humility in producing self-directed and proactive learners and citizens.
