Kelso High Campus forms an innovative collaborative structure with Bathurst High Campus as part of Denison College and implements a comprehensive program to support early career teachers. 

The campus offers a comprehensive wellbeing support system and has nine support classes that integrate seamlessly with mainstream classes.
