Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher/Manager at NumberWorks'nWords located in St Ives, NSW. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tuition to students in maths and English based on our curriculum.

This exciting role offers the right candidate the opportunity to combine your passion for working with youth with the added responsibility of managing a team of around 25 highly engaged tutors, as well as daily interaction with parents, your co-managers and centre owner. Our focus is harnessing the power of FUN to draw the best results from children in the core subjects of maths and English. Share your passion for maths and Literacy in a supportive, friendly teaching environment.

Skills and Experience

Teaching experience would be advantageous but not essential as long as you have the following skills and attributes:

• Have a passion for teaching maths and/or English. While you may be stronger in one discipline, you feel confident with both subjects.

• Experience in Learning & Development or similar role

• Strong communicator and listener

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Sales experience would be highly regarded

• Experience in a management or supervisory role highly regarded
