Kooloora Preschool is a NSW Department of Education dedicated Aboriginal preschool located in the grounds of Toukley Public School.
Kooloora Preschool has been rated by ACECQA as EXCELLENT. This is a highly prestigious achievement with only 27 out of over 6000 preschools in all of Australia attaining this level, only 13 of these being in NSW.
Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework we support each child to build a strong foundation for life and learning, and a confident transition to primary school. At our preschool, children explore, ask questions and grow in a safe and caring place.

Criteria:
1.
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood
Education and Care, with current Working with Children Check.
2.
Understanding of the Early Years Learning
Framework (EYLF) and ability to assist in delivering play-based learning
experiences under teacher guidance.
3.
Experience supporting children with diverse
needs and backgrounds, using inclusive and culturally responsive approaches.
