Are you ready to take education beyond four walls and into the world? Global Village Learning (A registered P-12 school) is on the lookout for a passionate VIT-qualified educator to guide our exciting new UnBoundED Program—a mobile learning hub that empowers young people (aged 12-16) to take charge of their own learning through real-world experiences, excursions, and community projects. 

About UnBoundED @ GVL 

This is not your traditional classroom role. UnBoundED is learner-led, guide-supported, and adventure-driven program.

Imagine your classroom on wheels—a custom-designed learning bus that takes young people to science labs, art studios, nature reserves, tech hubs, and more! Each week includes a mix of offsite experiences, online learning, and flexible participation at GVL's campus. 

As the Guide, you’ll mentor learners as they navigate self-directed projects, excursions, and hands-on skill development in a way that is personalised, empowered, and connected to their passions.

• VIT Registration (or permission to teach). 
• A pioneering spirit! You thrive outside of traditional learning models and embrace self-directed, interest-based education. 
• Flexibility & mobility. You’re excited to facilitate learning experiences in diverse settings—city streets, nature parks, industry hubs, and beyond. 
• Collaboration. You’re ready to work alongside learners, other guides, families, and community partners to co-create meaningful experiences. 
• Risk-aware, adventure-ready. You know how to balance safety with exploration, ensuring that all excursions and projects are well-planned and enriching. 
• Co-Creation of a Culture of Care and Empathy. You foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every young person feels valued, heard, and empowered. You model respect, kindness, and emotional intelligence, helping to build a community that thrives on mutual support and shared responsibility.
