About the role
We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced staff for the temporary positions of classroom teacher for the 2027 school year.
We seek educators who maintain high expectations, respond to the diverse needs of learners and contribute positively to our school culture. Beyond the classroom, our students are encouraged to participate in sport, performing arts and leadership opportunities that build confidence, connection and a strong sense of belonging.
Selection criteria
Demonstrated excellence in delivering effective and explicit literacy and numeracy pedagogies that enhance learning outcomes for all students.
Proven ability to engage in reflective and collaborative practices, with strong evidence of ongoing professional growth and improvement in teaching and learning.
Demonstrated skills in building and sustaining productive partnerships with all stakeholders, and promoting student agency to support positive learning and wellbeing outcomes.
Willingness and experience to actively contribute to, and enrich, the broader school community.
Who can apply
Expressions of interest are invited from enthusiastic K–6 teachers with approval to teach Primary K–6. Applicants must have current mandatory training and a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Expressions of interest addressing the selection criteria must be a maximum of two pages. Applicants may include an additional one-page CV outlining previous experience.
Applicants must nominate their current principal as a referee as well as a recent second referee.
