Job Summary
Singleton High School is a large, comprehensive inclusive rural school located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, about an hour from Newcastle. We cater to students from Years 7 to 12, with enrolments of up to 1100 students, including 23% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and 7% students that are English as an Additional Language/Dialect.

We are looking for a full-time SLSO for Term 3, Week 1 - 8 inclusive (July 20th - September 11th), with the potential of longer-term work. The main workload would relate to supporting students in Mainstream classrooms, with a focus on students in Year 7-10. To assist in developing capacity, there may be times where opportunities present to also work in Special Education. 

Suitable applicants would have the following:

- Department of Educatio Mandatory Training Complete
- Screened to work in NSW Public Schools
