Full-Time Secondary Science Teacher – Commencing Term 3, 2026

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent Christian school for a passionate and dedicated Secondary Science Teacher to commence in Term 3, 2026.

This is a full-time, ongoing position suited to an enthusiastic educator who is committed to delivering engaging, inquiry-based Science education within a faith-informed learning environment.

The successful applicant will ideally have the capacity to teach Biology and General Mathematics, with VCE experience highly regarded, or at least the ability to teach both subjects at senior level. The role is suited to an educator who can contribute to a vibrant and supportive school community that values both academic excellence and student wellbeing.

• Teach Secondary Science, Biology, and General Mathematics
• Deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences
• Integrate a Christian worldview into classroom practice and curriculum delivery
• Support students’ academic, personal, and spiritual development
• Participate in co-curricular programs, pastoral care, and broader school life
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional teaching team

• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to contribute positively to a faith-based school community
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
• Current VIT registration (or eligibility)
• Ideally VCE experience, or capacity to teach at VCE level in Biology and General Mathematics
