We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Secondary Health and Physical Education Teacher to join a growing team of educators.

About the Role As a Secondary Health and PE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences that support students’ physical development, wellbeing, and health education.

Working collaboratively with a supportive faculty team, you will contribute to curriculum delivery, student wellbeing initiatives, and the wider life of the College.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and delivering engaging Health and PE lessons aligned to curriculum requirements
  • Supporting students’ physical, social, and emotional development
  • Creating a positive, structured, and well-managed learning environment
  • Contributing to student wellbeing programs and whole-school initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues on planning, assessment, and reporting
  • Participating in broader school activities and community events
About You The successful applicant will be a motivated, enthusiastic, and student-focused educator who is passionate about Health and Physical Education.

You will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Secondary Education
  • Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (essential)
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
  • The ability to engage and inspire secondary students
  • A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching practice
  • A commitment to working within a values-based school environment
