About You — Small Group English Teacher

We are looking for engaging and organised teachers to deliver online English classes for Years 2–6 students.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

✔ Strong knowledge of primary English, writing and reading comprehension
✔ Experience teaching small-group classes
✔ Ability to explain concepts clearly and keep students engaged online
✔ Confident classroom management skills
✔ Understanding of the Australian Curriculum
✔ A positive, warm and professional teaching style
✔ Willingness to take feedback and grow within a team environment

📌 Preferred qualifications:
• NESA-accredited teacher (current or retired)
• Current school teacher highly regarded
• Experience as a NAPLAN marker or NSW Selective School test marker highly regarded

About You — 1-to-1 English Tutor

We are also seeking experienced private tutors who can build strong relationships with both students and parents.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

✔ Strong literacy teaching ability across reading, writing and grammar
✔ Ability to personalise lessons based on each student’s needs
✔ Warm, patient and encouraging communication style
✔ Strong parent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to identify student weaknesses and create long-term improvement plans
✔ Understanding of student growth pathways in writing and reading development
✔ Ability to provide detailed and constructive feedback

📌 Preferred qualifications:
• NESA-accredited teacher (current or retired)
• Current classroom teacher highly regarded
• Experience as a NAPLAN marker or NSW Selective School test marker highly regarded
