Experienced Art Teacher for Children (Ages 5–12) – Chatswood, Sydney

We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Art Teacher to join our growing team in Chatswood. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching art to children, a genuine love for nurturing creativity, and a commitment to providing high-quality, consistent instruction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging art lessons for children aged 5–12.
• Teach a variety of art techniques, including drawing, painting, sketching, acrylic painting, and craft activities.
• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage creativity while developing fundamental artistic skills.
• Assist with organizing and participating in student art exhibitions, holiday programs, and special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience teaching art to children.
• Strong knowledge of various art mediums and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with young learners.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional.
• Able to commit to a stable, long-term teaching position.
• Relevant qualifications in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field are preferred.
• Working rights in Australia.

Working Hours

• Weekdays：2:45-5:00
• Saturday: 10:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 4:30pm

Additional hours may be available during school holiday programs.
