Talent Focus are recruiting for an experienced Early Childhood Educator 

German Language Specialist for a full-time ongoing role.

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator fluent in German, with a strong understanding of German culture, to join a vibrant early learning environment close to the Sydney CBD.

This full-time ongoing position (commencing Term 3, 2026) offers the opportunity to inspire children aged 3–5 through immersive, play-based language learning within a multilingual program grounded in inclusion, creativity, and curiosity.

• Deliver engaging early learning experiences in German
• Support language development through immersive, play-based learning
• Work within a collaborative, child-safe, values-driven team
• Contribute to a high-quality program rated Exceeding across all NQS areas

What we’re looking for

• NESA teacher registration or Bachelor of Education
• Fluency in German and strong cultural knowledge
• Understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child-safe practices
• Commitment to safeguarding and best practice early childhood education
• Current or willingness to obtain relevant First Aid and Child Protection training
