Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Learning Support Officer to join our school team for a temporary position, working three days per week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday) from 26 May 2026 to 3 July 2026.
The successful applicant will work with students from Kindergarten to Year 6, supporting targeted students to achieve their learning goals. Responsibilities include assisting in classroom activities, providing individual and small group support, fostering student engagement, and working collaboratively with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of our students.
To be considered for this role, applicants should demonstrate:
- Experience in working with primary school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Ability to work under direction as well as independently, showing initiative and flexibility in supporting student needs.
