At Leibniz, we're building reliable and rigorous adaptive learning — the AI-native infrastructure that powers content generation, evaluation, pedagogy, learning management and student experience. We've grown to over 10,000 students across Australia from over 400 schools, reaching over 4 million organic social impressions.

We're looking for passionate educators in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology to work alongside us on two things: refining our pedagogy and setting our product direction, and helping us reach more teachers and put Leibniz in more classrooms. You'd be helping us decide what to build next and how to refine our content engine, while getting Leibniz in front of more Heads of Department and schools. 

You'll work in a high-impact role in a fast-moving startup environment, with decisions that directly affect thousands of students and teachers. We're looking to maximise our reach and the impact we make to education in NSW — and across Australia.

The role: Part-time or closer to full-time depending on fit. Remote, with occasional in-person school visits in Sydney. Compensation includes part-time salary, generous commission and equity in the company for the right person.
