Hendon Primary School is seeking a part-time Foundation classroom teacher to work Wednesday to Friday, commencing Term 2.

This is currently a small class, with a mid-year Reception intake expected in Term 3.

We are looking for a teacher who is:

• committed to strong early years practice
• experienced in delivering InitiaLit (explicit phonics) literacy program
• able to build positive relationships with young children and families
• interested in working within an inclusive, trauma-informed school environment
• flexible, collaborative and responsive to student needs
