About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, flexible and student‑centred casual relief teacher aides to join our Diverse Learning team on an as‑needed basis. Work will involve supporting classroom teachers, small‑group learning, individual adjustments, supervision, and general learning support across a variety of subjects and year levels. Covering both last minute sick leave and extended absences (e.g. prac placements).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-class and small‑group support for students with diverse learning needs
- Assist teachers with preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Support evidence‑based learning strategies under guidance of case managers and teachers
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment
About You
- Certificate III in Education Support (or working towards)
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs (desirable)
- Reliable, adaptable and confident working across Years 5–12
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Hold a current Blue Card
