Casual Administration Officer Student Services (Secondary)

Join our pool of relief staff and support our Student Services team during peak periods. We are seeking a reliable and confident administration professional who is available to work across the first three weeks of March each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with potential for additional relief work throughout the year.

About the opportunity
As a Casual Administration Officer, you will support the daily operations of Student Services by assisting with student enquiries, general administration and coordination of activities. You will use your strong organisation skills, positive communication and interest in education to contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment for students, staff and families.

This role requires you to

• Hold a Paid and Valid Blue Card
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
• Provide high quality data entry administration and clerical support
• Have the ability to assist in coordinating student and staff events and activities
• Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office and manage competing priorities
• Work independently using initiative and sound judgement
• Be respectful, reliable and comfortable working with children and young people
• Adapt to the changing needs within a school environment and manage time effectively
• Demonstrate excellent communication and strong organisational skills
• Provide friendly customer service with a genuine interest in supporting students and families
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
