The College is a well-regarded, co-educational independent school set on picturesque grounds in the regional centre of Ayr, approximately one hour south of Townsville. In 2026, the College will deliver an exceptional Christian education to more than 450 students from Kindergarten through to Year 12. The College is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience within a Christian framework, supporting students to discover and develop their God-given gifts.
About the Role
Due to continued growth in student enrolments, the College is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teachers across all subject areas. Applications are particularly encouraged from teachers with specialisations in Mathematics, Science, English/HASS, Digital Technologies, Drama / Film & TV, and Health & Physical Education (HPE).

Willingness to contribute to the co-curricular life of the College

A Bachelor of Teaching or Education, with current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration

A minimum of three years’ teaching experience
