In supporting the preschool teacher, the School Learning Support Officer (Preschool) is required to carry out a range of duties including:

• setting up the classroom and playground
• regular cleaning of toys and equipment
• assisting in the implementation of the program
• supporting the children in their learning

Selection Criteria:

• demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team
• ability to work with young children
• awareness of the needs of young children
• effective communication skills

Applicants:

•  must hold, or be working towards, an ACECQA approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Educaiton and Care
• Must have a current WWCC
