Plunkett St Public School is located on Gadigal Land, in Woolloomooloo Sydney. At Plunkett Street Public School we provide an engaging learning environment for students from preschool to Year 6. There are currently 90 students from P-6 with 22% of our students identifying as Aboriginal and 36% of students from a background other than English. Our 20 place preschool provides a learning program in the year before formal schooling.
Our teaching and learning programs are organised in small groups, so we can develop individual learning pathways that are reflective of current research and pedagogy. Working closely with our local community and learning partners, we provide our students with varied learning opportunities to engage them academically, emotionally, and socially so each student achieves the best educational and social outcomes possible.
