Central West Leadership Academy is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for teaching positions in 2026. We are a progressive, innovative, and inclusive school committed to developing independent, creative, and critical thinkers through personalised learning and strong student-teacher relationships.
As we plan for the year ahead, we anticipate new and continuing opportunities across both our primary and secondary settings, including:

We are looking for educators who:
Hold relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation (or are eligible)
Are passionate about personalised, student-centred learning
Understand and apply current, research-based pedagogy
Value collaboration, inclusion, and community engagement
Are committed to professional growth and student wellbeing
Experience with inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, or the International Baccalaureate is welcomed but not essential.
Roles may be offered as full-time, part-time, contract or casual, commencing Term 1, 2026.

Classification:
Band 1 – Band 2 Step 13 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
