Cherrybrook Technology High School (CTHS) is a large comprehensive, coeducational high school established in 1992. CTHS has an enrolment of 2096 students, with 74% coming from non-English speaking backgrounds. The school has a highly motivated team of teaching, administrative and support staff, students, and parents, all committed to achieving strong academic outcomes, underpinned by a technologically innovative, supportive environment. Cherrybrook Technology High School values and encourages a broad range of academic, cultural, and sporting pursuits. Extensive extracurricular activities are available for students to excel in sports and cultural activities, and opportunities to participate in leadership initiatives are also offered. Cherrybrook Technology High School requires a Society & Culture (11-12), and History (7-10) teacher, with a willingness to teach Geography (7-10). This is a full-time temporary position, with a starting date of Monday 28th April and concluding on Friday 19 December 2025. We are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic and passionate, and who will work cooperatively within a large supportive KLA. New teachers and University students in their final year who have approval to teach are encouraged to apply as well as more experienced teachers.
