We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Learning Support Officer (SLSO) to join our Support Unit. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.

As an SLSO, you will:

• Provide individual and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
• Assist teachers in implementing educational programs and behavior management strategies.
• Support students with personal care and mobility needs as required.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families.

We are looking for you to have:

• Experience working with students with disabilities or additional needs (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
