Job Summary

Stage 6 Visual Arts Teacher (Block in Term 2, 2025 – Temporary Cover, Full-Time)

Our College is seeking a Stage 6 Visual Arts Teacher to cover approved leave for a block in Term 2, 2025. This is a full-time role (five days per week).

The ideal candidate will have recent experience teaching HSC Visual Arts, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.

We are an independent school located in the Wallsend area, and we are looking for a teacher who is passionate about fostering creativity and critical thinking in students.

Requirements:

  • Approval to teach
  • Relevant professional checks (to be conducted as part of the induction process)
  • Willingness to work within an independent school environment
