The Role

As a Learning Advisor at Cluey Learning, you're not just selling a product; you're changing lives. You'll be responsible for:

• Sales of our online education tutoring services for students
• Working with a pipeline of warm and qualified leads – Outbound phone-calls to parents who have shown an interest in Cluey Learning
• Have consultative conversations with parents about their child's learning needs
• Delivering exceptional customer service and developing rapport with parents
• Efficiently managing leads within our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Being a self-motivated go-getter, driven to surpass monthly KPIs

A Bit About You

We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about how education changes lives, but has:

• Teaching or tutoring experience - it really helps you to build instant credibility!
• A friendly, warm personality, enjoying building genuine rapport with customers
• A strong drive for personal achievement and an ability to exceed KPIs
• Discipline in a fast-paced environment and enjoys challenges
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Some previous selling experience (this is not essential)

Requirements

• Must be located in Sydney NSW with valid Australian working rights.
• Able to commute to the Sydney CBD, Hybrid 3 days per week
• Currently hold or be willing to apply for a current NSW - WWCC (Working with Children Check)
