Maroubra Bay Public School is located in the Eastern Suburbs Sydney and has experienced a steady increase in enrolments over the last eight years, resulting in over 310 students currently enrolled. The school provides visible education for all students through an innovative, challenging and supportive environment that inspires learning. There is a diverse school population, with 35 cultural groups represented, 39% of whom are from families with a language backgrounds other than English. There are currently 24 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolled across K-6.
Our school has a strong sense of community, making connections and maintaining a feeling of belonging with parents, carers and community groups. Maroubra Bay PS has a continued emphasis on literacy and numeracy. Other key priorities include staff, student and community wellbeing and quality teaching.
