Kootingal Public School is situated in the Cockburn Valley, 20 kilometres north of Tamworth.
It has approximately 200 students, and offers all the benefits of a large school, but with the friendliness and family atmosphere of a small rural school. 15% of our students identify as Aboriginal.
We work closely with the local community to build a caring and collaborative learning environment. The bright, attractive classrooms and the spacious well kept grounds are a feature of our school and reflect the pride that our staff, students and community have in it.
