Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated School Learning Support Officer (SLSO) to provide one-to-one support to a student in a small, inclusive primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in trauma-informed practice and supporting students with disability, ensuring that their emotional, sensory and educational needs are met in a compassionate, supportive environment. You will work closely with teachers and executive staff to implement an individualised approach to learning, with a focus on developing strategies that foster emotional regulation.
