Ngutu College is seeking a School Support Officer to work with our Year 4–6 learners on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We’re looking for someone who builds strong, respectful relationships with young people and provides calm, consistent and practical support across the learning day.

The right person will be independent, proactive and confident using initiative, while working as part of a strong, supportive team. They will be culturally aware and responsive, and understand the importance of identity, culture and relationships in supporting learner engagement, wellbeing and participation.

Strong judgement, reliability, flexibility and a commitment to child safety are essential.
