About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, flexible and student-focused Casual Teacher Aides with 4 or 5 day availability to join our learning support team on an as-needed basis. We are requiring casual staff to cover leave in term 3 and 4 of 2026. This role involves supporting students and teachers across a range of learning areas and year levels, assisting with classroom learning, individual and small group support, supervision, and the implementation of reasonable adjustments. Opportunities are available for both short-notice relief and longer-term placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-class and small-group support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist teachers with the preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation.
• Support the implementation of learning adjustments and strategies as directed by teachers and case managers.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with students, staff and families.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Supervise students and assist with learning activities across a variety of curriculum areas.

About You

• Certificate III in Education Support (or willingness to work towards) is desirable.
• Experience supporting students with additional learning needs is advantageous.
• Reliable, adaptable and confident working with students across Years 7-12.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of the College.
• Hold a current Blue Card (or be eligible to obtain one).
