Meadowbrook, South East Queensland (Logan Region) | Permanent Full-Time

Talent Focus is recruiting on behalf of a supportive secondary education provider seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join their team.

Australian full working rights are required for this position.

The school supports students who have experienced barriers to mainstream education and is looking for educators who are passionate about helping young people reconnect with learning and achieve positive outcomes.

Role Details:

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Located in Meadowbrook, South East Queensland (Logan Region), just south of Brisbane
  • Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 3:36pm
  • 20 teaching contact hours per week, with dedicated time for planning, collaboration, and student support

Subject Specialisations Welcome:

We are seeking Teachers with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Mathematics
  • Technology
  • Science
  • English
  • Humanities & Social Sciences (HASS)

About the Role:

As a Teacher in this flexible learning environment, you will deliver engaging and differentiated learning programs that meet students where they are, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve meaningful educational outcomes.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Teacher Aides, Youth Workers, and Wellbeing staff to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment focused on student success.

About You:

You are a flexible, resilient, and engaging educator who is passionate about supporting young people who may have faced challenges within traditional education settings.

You will ideally have:

  • Current teaching registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT), or eligibility to obtain registration
  • Experience teaching and/or working with young people at risk and students with additional learning needs
  • Knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and secondary education requirements
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a student-centred approach
  • The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
