Job Summary

Temporary Mathematics & Science Teacher (0.8 FTE)

Blackwood High School is seeking a passionate teacher for a 4-week contract from 17 August – 11 September 2026 (Weeks 5–8, Term 3).

Teaching Load

  • Year 7 Care Group
  • Year 7 Mathematics & Science
  • Year 8 Mathematics
  • Year 9 Mathematics

There is potential to increase the role to 1.0 FTE through additional TRT work.

Applicants must:

  • Be registered with the Teachers Registration Board of SA (TRB SA).
  • Hold all current Department for Education clearances and be eligible for employment under the Department's Enhanced Teacher Recruitment (ETR) Authority.
