Job Summary

The position of Inclusive Class Teacher at Walters Road Public School is available for Semester 2. The position is a maternity leave position and will commence on Monday 20th July 2026.

Selection Criteria

Willingness to teach students with autism, intellectual disability and behavioural needs, implementing differentiated literacy and numeracy programs.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in teams and build positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
Evidence of flexible classroom management skills that focus on improving student engagement, creating a positive learning environment and promoting inclusive practices.
