Year 1 Teacher (Part‑Time)

St Peter’s Catholic Primary School, Caboolture, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 1 classroom teacher to join our vibrant learning community on a part‑time basis (3 days per week: Monday to Wednesday). This position is available from commencement until the end of 2026.

St Peter’s is a four‑streamed primary school with approximately 680 students, offering a supportive and collaborative environment where high‑quality teaching and learning is valued. Our school community is committed to nurturing the spiritual, academic, social and emotional development of each child within a Catholic faith context.

The successful applicant will:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of Brisbane Catholic Education
• Have a sound understanding of the Australian Curriculum (Version 9) and contemporary pedagogical practice
• Create engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning experiences for early years students
• Work collaboratively as part of a Year 1 teaching team in a four‑stream setting
• Build positive and respectful relationships with students, colleagues and families
