Join a supportive, teacher-led team at Explore and Learn in Castle Hill. As a Primary Tutor, you will work face-to-face with small groups of students in a calm and structured learning environment. With planning provided and flexible afternoon hours, this role is suited to educators who are committed to delivering high-quality, targeted instruction.

We are seeking tutors who are interested in a consistent, long-term position and can build strong, ongoing relationships with students. The role is available from Term 2, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English and Maths tutoring to small groups (max 5 students) or 1:1.

• Use provided planning and resources, tailoring lessons to meet student needs

• Maintain a supportive, focused, and inclusive learning environment
