Science Release Teacher (1 Day per Week) - Kurnell Public School

Kurnell Public School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic classroom teacher to provide science release for one day per week.

This position is ideal for a teacher who enjoys engaging students in hands-on learning and working as part of a supportive, collaborative school community.

Position details

Role: Science release from face-to-face classroom teaching
Days: 1 day per week
Preferred days: Tuesday or Thursday
Start date: Immediate start – Term 1
Duration: For the remainder of Term 1, with the possibility of extension
Additional opportunities: Potential for extra days for the right candidate

Selection criteria

NESA-accredited primary teacher
Confidence delivering engaging science lessons aligned to the NSW curriculum
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff
