Expressions of Interest are invited for a full time teaching position within our Support Unit at Bligh Park Public School from 27 January 2026 to 18 December 2026 with view of extension. 

Bligh Park Public School has 25 teaching staff and an enrolment of 304 students, 54 of whom identify as Aboriginal. There are 10 mainstream classes and 7 support unit classes. The school is supported by the P&C and enjoys strong relationships with the community. Bligh Park Public School provides opportunities in sport and the performing arts, and students focus on being safe, respectful and responsible learners.

We have a vacancy for a full time teacher (1.0) Support Class Teacher for 2026. The position involves facilitating the teaching and learning of a multi-age class comprised of students with specific learning requirements. The class learning is also supported every day by School Learning Support Officers (SLSO's). The role will have the support of an Assistant Principal and Deputy Principal.
