Job Summary

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified applicants interested in a full time temporary teaching position. This position is for a classroom teacher. Staff are committed and dedicated to developing students to their full potential.

Widemere Public School is located in Greystanes. Currently, the school has 174 students catered by 7 classes.

Selection criteria

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-quality, differentiated, high-impact explicit teaching strategies and learning programs in literacy and numeracy for infants and primary (K-6) students within a multigrade classroom setting
Ability to implement effective classroom management and wellbeing practices to foster a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment for a diverse population.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and community.
