Captains Flat Public School is a small regional school in the Southern Highlands. The school is situated approximately 30 minutes from Queanbeyan and was established in 1884.

Captains Flat Public School has an enrolment of 26 students, 20% of students identify as Aboriginal and we have two multistage classes.

The school has a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy and takes pride in providing engaging and innovative learning to ensure that students have opportunities to participate in areas of individual interest and talent.

The position will be for a K-2 classroom teacher with 9 students.
