Job Summary
Casula High School is seeking casual SLSOs to support our staff in our Special Education unit and mainstream Learning Support faculty.
Our Special Education Unit consists of 4 classes including one mild intellectual disability class, two autism classes, and one moderate intellectual disability class. This role involves working closely with a range of students and their specific needs, including both behavioural and physical.
Our Learning Support faculty supports students in years 7-12 in a range of subjects. This role involves working in a range of subjects from English to Science, and with students whose diagnoses require consistent support and knowledge of their needs.
Our school day for SLSOs is 8:30am - 3:15pm (with 1/2 hour unpaid break), paid in line with current award regulations.
