We are currently seeking receptionists to join our talent pool and work at the college on a casual basis. Shifts are available Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm. Whether you're available one day a week or five, we’d love to hear from you!
This role plays a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional ‘front of house’ services, across all reception areas of the College, to students, Parents/Caregivers/Guardians, Visitors and other members of the Community, enabling positive, and engaging interactions with the College that support student learning and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide ‘Front of House’ reception duties across all key College offices as required.
- Delivery management, including receipting deliveries, advising recipients of delivery arrival and appropriate storage of delivered items.
- Undertake daily student absenteeism as requested.
- Mail management, including opening, dating and distributing mail to staff as required.
- Assist students, staff, visitors and contractors with sign in/out procedures.
