Job Summary

St Johns Park Public School is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to work in a relieving role on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Term 4, 2025.

The preschool has 2 classes of 20 children attending 5 days per fortnight with attendance on alternating Wednesdays.

Interested applicants will require:

NSW Department of Education approval to teach preschool.
a sound knowledge of and demonstrated ability to implement ‘Belonging, Being and Becoming’, the Early Years Learning Framework.
excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and engage with all members of the school community.
demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to cater for the needs of children and their families from non-English speaking backgrounds.
