Job Summary
  • Location: Nowra, NSW

  • Salary Range: $82,224 to $119,803 per annum, plus superannuation. (Salary is dependent on experience and NESA accreditation, and pro-rated for part-time roles.)

  • Employment Type: Temporary contract until end of 2025, with potential for permanency from 2026.

  • Commencement: As soon as possible.

  • Closing Date: 11:59 PM AEST, Thursday, August 7, 2025

The Opportunity: Secondary Wellbeing Teacher

Are you a passionate and qualified Secondary Wellbeing Teacher looking for a unique and impactful role?

We're seeking expressions of interest for an exciting opportunity at an Independent school in Nowra, NSW. This position is available for an immediate start and will run until the end of the 2025 school year, with the strong potential for a permanent role from 2026 onwards.

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this vital role, you'll need:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the Australian Curriculum, with the ability to effectively organise, select, and design content for engaging teaching and learning.

  • Active registration with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), or the ability to attain teacher accreditation in NSW promptly.

  • A current and clear Working With Children Check (WWCC).
