Full Spectrum Education is looking for passionate, enthusiastic educators and qualified teachers in Sydney and surrounding suburbs. Full Spectrum Education offers high-end academic support to students in New South Wales from Prep to Tertiary level in 1-on-1, weekly, 2-hour sessions.

We are hiring educators for all subjects across all year levels for immediate start.

We’re not your standard 'tutoring' company. We work hard to make sure our students fall in love with learning through compassion, empathy and honest care, and by providing an individualised academic plan specific for each student.

Position Overview

• Teach students in one-on-one, weekly, 2-hour sessions at their home
• Communicate with parents to organise lesson changes & additional work for students to complete
• Access to the Full Spectrum Network - an online platform our educators utilise to communicate, share resources and receive company updates
• Working hours are primarily after school hours and on weekends
• Professional development assistance
• Referral program for both educators and clients

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 hours per week of availability within the hours mentioned above
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field)
• A current Working with Children Check (or can apply)
• A current New South Wales driver’s license & vehicle
