Learning Assistants - Casual Relief

Trinity Lutheran College, located in the heart of the Gold Coast, is a dynamic Christian co-educational institution dedicated to delivering a holistic education. We nurture a culture of care and academic excellence, encouraging every student and staff member to thrive. We are currently seeking to build our Casual Relief Learning Assistants to join our Junior Years Campus, supporting our Year 2 and Year 5 cohorts. 
The Learning Assistant plays a key role in enhancing student learning by collaborating with teachers to support educational outcomes. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing targeted support to individual students and small groups under the guidance of the classroom teacher, ensuring all students have the assistance they need to achieve learning goals.

• Assisting with classroom preparation by organising teaching resources, setting up equipment, and managing administrative tasks to facilitate an effective learning environment.

• Working in partnership with teachers, learning support teams, and College leadership to implement tailored learning programs and monitor student progress.
