We are looking for school teachers to join our Chatswood and Gordon centres in 2025. We need teachers working on Tuesday afternoon from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Chatswood, Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Gordon Centre, and Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Gordon. 

Our program:

The S.A.E English Program is a well-known English Literacy Program from the United Kingdom. Our English course aims at writing on different types of texts, with a unit every two weeks. In the first week, students learn about the structure and language features of this style through reading comprehension exercises. In the second week, based on the vocabulary and sentences from the article, we expand vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structures, engage in planning, and write corresponding texts. Students are encouraged to use the vocabulary and sentence patterns they have learned in their own writing.

The S.A.M Singapore Maths Program is currently the largest Singapore Maths after-school tutoring program in the world, with 200 centres globally teaching the S.A.M Program. The S.A.M Program aligns closely with the curriculum requirements for all year levels in Australia, covering all basic mathematical concepts. It uses visual graphic analysis methods to help students gain a deeper understanding of concepts. It also emphasises problem-solving skills, providing age-appropriate methods to help children tackle challenging problems and competition questions.

Our Chatswood and Gordon Centres are the largest S.A.M Program Centres in Sydney, with over 500 students enrolled in our maths and English courses across both centres.

We need school teachers to join our team to teach English courses, maths courses, or both to meet the growing demand. If you:

• Hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
• Have full accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA)
• Have experience as a school teacher. If you have more than 5 years of experience teaching in a local school, we are happy to offer you $70 per hour plus super.

We offer small class sizes, with 6-8 students per class. We provide prepared maths teaching materials for teachers to use, allowing them to focus solely on teaching. We allocate a full block of time for teachers, saving them time commuting to and from students' homes. We have enthusiastic and efficient administrative staff to assist you and reduce your administrative workload.
