Bankstown Girls High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic PDHPE teacher to join our dedicated team on a temporary full-time basis.

The successful applicant will:

• Plan, program, and deliver engaging and differentiated PDHPE lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum.
• Collaboratively develop and review teaching programs with the PDHPE staff and Head Teacher.
• Contribute to the preparation of student progress reports and provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all students to achieve their potential.
• Work collegially with the PDHPE faculty to implement whole-school initiatives and promote health, wellbeing, and physical activity across the school.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements:

• Accreditation with NESA and current approval to teach in NSW public schools.
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Knowledge of and commitment to the Department of Education’s policies, including the Child Protection and Anti-Racism Policy.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in teaching Stages 4–6 PDHPE.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to planning and teamwork.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.
