Kambora Public School is located in the suburb of Davidson and is set amongst bushland adjacent to Garrigal National Park. Kambora's current enrolment is 111 students, with 20% of students having a language background other than English and less than 1% identifying as Aboriginal.

About the role

Expressions of interest are invited to fill a temporary part-time Stage 2 Classroom Teacher position (Monday - Wednesday) and join our supportive and professional teaching team at Kambora Public School, beginning ASAP.

Selection criteria

• Approval to teach K-6 with the ability to develop and deliver high quality, differentiated literacy and numeracy programs to improve student outcomes.
• Demonstrated effective classroom management skills and an ability to develop a positive classroom learning environment to enhance student engagement and wellbeing.
• Developed and effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of an enthusiastic and collaborative school team, building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
