Key knowledge and experience Extensive experience as an Educator in the K-12 classroom environment Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and implement strategic initiatives and innovative practices that support improved student learning outcomes. Knowledge of and experience in relationship management, business partnering, event management or public relations with the ability to effectively develop relationships and drive organisational outcomes. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people. Essential requirements of the role Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in Education, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related discipline. A valid clearance to work with children (Working with Children Check for paid employment). A valid driver's license (provisional or above), and ability & willingness to undertake occasional short term travel. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the values of public education.
