Gateway Community High is a Special Assistance School - catering for students who have experienced challenges maintaining high attendance in mainstream schools. We are looking for a 2025 Term 1 contract to teach mainly Stage 5 English and HSIE, but many in our team teach outside their subject expertise as their passion is for students to grow and be successful in their educational outcomes. There is a teacher's aide in most classes with you supporting students who may have significant gaps in their foundational literacy and numeracy skills. There may the possibility to extend beyond Term 1.
